Adult Day Support Manager

We're seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Adult Day Support Manager to lead our Adult Day Services program and support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals and building meaningful community connections.
What You'll Do
As the Adult Day Support Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Direct Support Professionals and Team Leaders.
- Ensure high-quality services that promote independence, life skills, and community engagement.
- Foster positive relationships with individuals served, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Oversee program operations, staff scheduling, training, documentation, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop creative community activities and opportunities that enrich the lives of the individuals we support.
- Participate in ISP meetings and ensure services align with individual goals and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in developmental disabilities, social services, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Valid Ohio driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
- CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain and maintain required certifications).

- · Age 21 or older
- · United States Citizen or resident alien
- · The ability to lift 50 pounds and demonstrate safe lifts, turns, positions and transfers for individuals with physical limitations and defined by the ISP.
- · Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- · Must have solid computer skills and understanding of MS Word, Excel and e-mail.
- · Must have strong organizational, critical thinking and time management skills.
- · Must demonstrate interpersonal skills, integrity and ability to lead others.
- · Must have a belief in and understanding of agency’s mission and ability to promote and communicate the philosophy, mission and values to internal and external stakeholders.
- · Valid Ohio Driver’s License with fewer than three violations in the past three years and no convictions of OVI, vehicular homicide, driving without a suspension, or tickets over 10+ mph.
- · Must have reliable transportation.
- · Must have satisfactory health, background check.
- · Must be willing to be flexible with work schedule to meet the needs of the individuals that are supported.
- · Must maintain Med Cert 1 certification.
- · Must complete 8 hours of Annual Training each year.
- · Must be able to engage individuals in the community and develop community membership.
- · Must remain current with CPR/First Aid certifications.
- · Must Provide proof of auto insurance.
