Witham Health Services is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Occupational Medicine & Convenient Care team in Lebanon, Indiana. This PRN opportunity offers a combination of urgent care and occupational medicine, providing variety in a flexible schedule.

The APP will provide care for acute urgent care visits as well as occupational medicine services including workplace injury care and physicals. The position also offers the opportunity to become DOT certified and perform CDL examinations.

About the Position

• PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position
• Combination of urgent care and occupational medicine
• Evaluate and treat acute urgent care visits
• Provide occupational medicine injury care and physicals
• Opportunity to obtain DOT certification and perform CDL examinations
• Flexible PRN scheduling based on clinic needs and APP availability
• Long weekday shifts are typically 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Weekend clinic hours are typically 9:00 AM–2:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday
• Strong availability of weekend shifts
• Weekday PRN availability varies based on clinic needs, often between 1-3 shifts.
• Administrative time is paid when needed to complete charting outside of scheduled clinic hours

Minimum Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a master's or doctoral degree
• Current, unrestricted Indiana nursing and advanced practice license
• National certification in the appropriate advanced practice specialty
• Recent clinically related experience

Physician Assistant

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current Indiana Physician Assistant license
• Current national certification as required
• Recent clinically related experience
