Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading advanced analytics, data science, machine learning, and AI initiatives that transform complex data into actionable business insights and scalable solutions. The position partners with business, product, technology, and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve ambiguous problems, modernize reporting and analytics capabilities, and deliver predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI use cases aligned with strategic objectives. As a senior technical contributor and trusted advisor, the role also drives innovation, applies MLOps and responsible AI practices, communicates insights through compelling data storytelling, and mentors’ analytics and AI professionals across cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities
• Analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, problem statements, and actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Design, develop, and apply advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and analytical techniques to generate and evolve insights.
• Build, train, validate, deploy, and monitor machine learning models for predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI use cases.
• Develop AI-driven solutions using supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, NLP, and Generative AI techniques.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling data visualizations and data-driven stories consumable by business stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders, product teams, technology teams, and external partners to ensure insights and AI solutions are actionable and aligned with business objectives.
• Lead or contribute as a senior member of cross-functional analytics, data science, and AI project teams through investigation, design, development, execution, and implementation phases.
• Develop detailed project plans, data collection strategies, feature engineering methodologies, model evaluation frameworks, and visualization approaches.
• Review, assess, and modernize existing reporting and analytics solutions through automation, advanced tooling, AI capabilities, and process improvements.
• Implement MLOps best practices including model lifecycle management, CI/CD, monitoring, governance, and model retraining.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define and refine procedures for data collection, validation, analysis, model development, and result communication.
• Conduct experiments, A/B testing, model validations, and AI performance evaluations aligned with project objectives.
• Drive innovation by identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging data science, AI, machine learning, and Generative AI technologies.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and literature for peer review, executive audiences, and industry forums.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for Data Analytics, AI, ML, and data-driven decision making.
• Mentor and provide technical and professional guidance to analytics, data science, and AI professionals.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Significant experience in data analytics, data science, machine learning, AI engineering, or advanced analytics roles.
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, machine learning, deep learning, and AI solution development.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, recommendation systems, and AI-driven business applications.
• Proven ability to work on complex, ambiguous problems requiring evaluation of multiple variables and independent judgment.
• Experience modernizing analytics platforms, automating reporting, and implementing enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses and AI outcomes into business-friendly narratives.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring team members and leading cross-functional initiatives.
