Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II
As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our manufacturing processes and technologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity within our operations.
You will report directly to our leadership team and you’ll work out of our Geneva, Ohio location on an on-site work schedule, 4 days a week, 10 hours a day.
In this role, you will impact the continuous improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes, driving innovation and operational excellence that supports our business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to improve process efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations and support new product introductions.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for process improvement and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Proven experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies including automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with manufacturing process design, validation, and troubleshooting.
