About the Position: This position is located within Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) in the Directorate of Medicine Department of Pediatrics in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Serve as the subject matter expert for medical Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP).

Provide Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) clinical and nursing support services.

Communicate patient management strategies to members of the patient care team.

Provide therapeutic health care services.

Oversee compliance with the preventive healthcare needs of adult and pediatric patients visiting the clinic.

Provide direct clinical care for chronic conditions.

Collaborate with local, remote physicians, and other team members regarding patient management.
