About the Position: This position is located at Naval Hospital, Family Medicine Clinic, Bremerton, Washington. A recruitment or relocation incentive MAY be authorized. Conduct performance improvement.
Provide counseling to patients and their families in prevention of illness.
Educate patients and their families regarding healthcare processes and diagnostic tests.
Communicate patient management strategies to members of the patient care team.
Assess acute and non-acute clinical problems.
