Heywood Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established Urology practice serving patients throughout North Central Massachusetts.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, patient-focused APP to join a growing specialty practice consisting of two Urologists within an established multispecialty office. You'll work alongside experienced physicians and a dedicated clinical team while helping provide comprehensive urological care to patients throughout our community.

About the Opportunity

The APP will provide comprehensive urological care in collaboration with the Urologists and multidisciplinary team.

This role offers the opportunity to evaluate and manage a diverse patient population, assist with ongoing management of urological conditions, and develop strong relationships with patients through follow-up and continuity of care.

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of urological conditions

• Assist with patient follow-up and management of established patients

What We're Looking For

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

• Urology experience preferred; experienced APPs from other clinical specialties will also be considered

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team

• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

• Eligible for Massachusetts licensure

• BLS certification required
