Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, production improvement, or related areas.
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
