Advanced Product Engineer

YOUR ROLE

• Designing and selecting mechanical components for innovative products;
• Developing thermal solutions to ensure optimal performance;
• Running structural and FEA analysis to validate designs;
• Creating detailed 3D models and drawings using CAD tools;
• Ensuring designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and high quality;
• Defining tolerances (GD&T) for reliable fit and function;
• Identifying risks and improving designs through FMEA;
• Designing enclosures with EMC/EMI considerations in mind;
• Supporting plastic part design and simulation;
• Collaborating on integration of optical components;
• Driving continuous improvement in design processes and product performance.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Engineering degree;
• 3-5 year work experience on similar position; automotive industry would be an asset;
• Driving license;
• Very good command of English language (spoken and written);
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office;

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working with ASPICE (Automotive SPICE) processes;
• Familiarity with Polarion or similar tools;
• Good command of German.
