We work onsite 4+ days a week, with our team based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and Juneau, Wisconsin. Our team of 700+ passionate pet people thrives on collaboration, innovation, and the occasional office cameo from a four-legged friend.
What You’ll Do:
The Advanced Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting New Product Development by ensuring product requirements meet end consumer expectations and needs, identifying potential product risks and corresponding mitigations, and ensuring product requirements have been verified and validated before launch.

- Provides technical advice and guidance to Product Development Teams and other internal stakeholders to support New Product Development
- Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Ensures the appropriate quality plans are developed, implemented, and followed
- Develops and administers quality-related project plans and schedules
- Leads Risk Management Activities to support New Product Development
- Responsible for the creation and oversight of the execution of Verification Test Plans to ensure products meet defined requirements
- Provides technical support and approval for new supplier selection
- Reviews and approves of Supplier PPAP documentation
- Gathers Post Market Feedback as input into the New Product Development process
- Reviews and assesses both the quality and completeness of Deliverables for Stage Gates in the New Product Development process
- Will perform additional responsibilities when required
