Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation and governance of global TA Onboarding processes, policies and standards Own the roadmap of improvement projects, from business case to adoption and impact measurement Define functional requirements and lead the configuration and evolution of TA Onboarding in Cornerstone (design, testing, release decisions), working with the system administrator and the operational team on execution Act as the reference for local P C leads on global standards, balancing consistency with local legal and cultural requirements Define and track the TA Onboarding Analytical framework (Dashboard/KPIs) and report to P C leadership Drive adoption of new processes through communication, training and feedback loops with hiring managers and P C teams Support employer branding and onboarding experience initiatives in coordination with the P C teams Advise hiring managers on sourcing strategy, assessment and market positioning
