Advanced Technician (IC)
- Develop control, data collection, and signal processing systems.
- Troubleshoot existing PLC’s, HMIs, motor drives, electronic circuits, electro-mechanical systems, PID controllers, and electronic sensors of all types.
- Ensure satisfactory operation of new equipment; prepare operating and training manuals.
- Train maintenance staff to service critical electronic components.
- Monitor and adjust, as necessary, any equipment validating product.
- Minimum of 5 years in the electrical and electronics field.
- Strong process control background, including temperature and pressure controls, strain gages/load cells, signal conditioners, and lasers.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Competent with PLC programming, control panel layout, and construction.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Flexible and open-minded to assist and perform any task as required by management, not limited to the above criteria listed.
