Requirements
- Fluent in Turkish & English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service mindset
- EU Work Permission required (EU passport or valid work authorization)
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
Working Conditions
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Rotational shifts between 06:00 - 23:00

Main Responsibilities
- Support Facebook & Instagram advertisers via chat, email, and phone
- Resolve advertising and technical issues
- Provide pre- and post-sales support
- Help clients maximize platform tools and performance
