Advertising Multimedia Sales Executive

The Multi-Media Advertising Sales Executive is responsible for ownership of an established account base with high growth opportunity.

Base salary, plus uncapped monthly commission.

• Advanced training and or experience in sales.
• Persuasive communication skills that gain acceptance of yourself and your ideas.
• Effective listening skills and the ability to determine client needs through proper needs assessment techniques.
• Proven track record and skill in closing sales
• Self-motivation and plan daily priorities in a way that ensures a high sales closing ratio.
• Strong oral presentation skills and ability to field questions from clients.
• Advanced training and or experience in overcoming client objections.
• Ability to think creatively and holistically along company product lines as it pertains to preparing plans and proposals.
• Skilled in managing time wisely, leaving ample time in each day for high gain activities.
• Ability to work with teams while treating clients, both internal and external, with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance to set the stage for sales success.
• Must be reliable and sincere.
• Effectively communicate in English, both written and oral. Spanish language skills a plus.
