Job Description
Are you an experienced advertising specialist who works with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads on a daily basis and is looking for a role where you'll have true ownership of campaigns and budgets? Do you want to work with clients across a wide range of markets-from B2B to e-commerce-and see the impact of your advice reflected directly in the numbers? Then this is your chance to put your skills to work at Digital Wizards! - Contract duration: 12 months, followed by a permanent position (or ongoing freelance collaboration) - Salary: €3,000.00 - €4,500.00 per month (depending on experience, based on a 40-hour workweek) - Freelance rate: €50.00 - €70.00 per hour (depending on experience) - Employment type: fixed-term, with the possibility of a permanent position after 12 months-or freelance/self-employed - Hours: 24 to 40 hours per week, part-time or full-time - Location: Almere or primarily remote

As an Advertising Specialist at Digital Wizards, you'll be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns for our clients. Meta and Google are your main platforms, and you know how to use LinkedIn to reach B2B audiences that can't be found anywhere else. You're a trusted advisor to clients: you translate their business goals into a campaign structure that makes sense, and you explain in plain language why it works. - At least 2-3 years of experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen). - Experience with LinkedIn Ads is a major plus. - Minimum higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking. - You're data-driven: GA4, conversion tracking, server-side tagging, and attributio...
