Position Overview:
We
are seeking a highly motivated Associate Consultant with 1–2 years of Financial
Due Diligence (FDD) experience to support buy-side and sell-side transaction
engagements. The role involves analyzing financial information, preparing due
diligence databooks, performing detailed financial analyses, and assisting
engagement teams in delivering high-quality client reports within tight
timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
o Support
buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements.
o Prepare,
update, and review FDD databooks and financial schedules.
o Perform
financial analyses including QoE, revenue, EBITDA, working capital, and cash
flow.
o Analyze
financial statements, general ledger, and trial balance data.
o Prepare
trend analyses, customer/vendor concentration, and balance sheet analyses.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
• CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
• 1–2 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory.
Technical Skills
· Strong understanding of accounting principles
and financial statements.
· Basic understanding of Financial Due Diligence
methodologies.
· Knowledge of:
o Quality
of Earnings (QoE)
o Net
Working Capital (NWC)
o Debt-like
items
o Cash
normalization
o EBITDA
adjustments
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
