Advocacy Specialist

The Opportunity

HealthEZ is seeking an Advocacy Specialist to join our Care Management team at HealthEZ! This individual must be extremely organized and be an advocate for our members and clients. This position is located in Bloomington, MN and can support a hybrid work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver concierge-level service to members by providing personalized support and guidance throughout their healthcare experience
• Serve as a primary point of contact for members, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely resolution of inquiries
• Collaborate with vendors and members to address medical management requests and questions accurately and efficiently
• Initiate and maintain authorized case management files in compliance with internal processes
• Open, track, and monitor advocacy cases to ensure proper follow-up and resolution
• Partner with Medical Management staff to support process improvements and achieve departmental goals
• Provide administrative and operational support to case managers, the Clinical Director, and broader Medical Management team
• Monitor and manage shared inboxes (Intake, Medical Management, Advocacy) to ensure timely communication and task completion
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of medical management programs across the department
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
