Key Responsibilities:
Own & define AEM solution architecture for enterprise implementations
Lead design, development & migration (AEM 6.5 / AEMaaCS)
Expertise in Sites, Assets, Content/Experience Fragments, Headless/SPA
Integration with APIs, enterprise systems, Adobe products
Strong hands on in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL/Sightly, Dispatcher
Drive performance, scalability, security & CI/CD with DevOps teams
Mentor developers & lead technical discussions with stakeholders

Required Skills:
14+ years IT, strong AEM expertise
AEM 6.5 / AEM Cloud Service
Java/J2EE, OSGi, Sling, JCR/Oak, HTL/Sightly
Dispatcher, caching, CDN, performance optimization
REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Azure DevOps)
Cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
Strong communication & leadership skills



Preferred:
Adobe certifications (AEM Expert/Professional)
Adobe Experience Cloud, Analytics, Target, Commerce
Headless CMS, GraphQL, React/Angular
AEM migration & modernization experience
