Aeromodelling Instructor (CCA / Flight Simulator / Drone)

Job Description
- To support the Chief Aeromodelling Instructor (CAI) in the development of new aeromodelling or aviation-related modular programmes.
- To support the improvement of existing CCA programmes.
- To execute the delivery of modular programmes and activities with secondary schools and other aeromodelling clubs.
- To liaise with the School Liaison Officers (SLOs) on the management and conduct of the aeromodelling activities.
- To support the execution of internal and external publicity activities with schools and external agencies.
- To update the CCA students’ database and records of all SYFC CCA schools’ activities in the Operations & Training Information Management User System (OPTIMUS).
- To provide administrative support for the CCA Department, including the application for Airside security clearance through Airport Police for the CCA Flying Experience Programme.
- To carry out secondary duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a GCE ‘O’ Level with credit in English, Mathematics, and Science.
- Possess aeromodelling and instructional skills.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possessing the Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License (UAPL) licence and relevant experience in flight simulation and student education will be an added advantage.

Other Information
- Five-day work week (Tue to Sat, 8am to 5pm). Non workday and Rest Day on Sun and Mon.
- Uniform (polo-tee) provided
- Work location at SYFC (Seletar area)
