We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in .NET Core, Microservices, Microsoft Azure, ReactJS, and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable cloud-native applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence and innovation.
This role requires hands-on development experience, strong architectural knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior developers while contributing to enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, ReactJS, and TypeScript.
- Build and enhance Microservices-based architectures with a strong focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and quality guidelines.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical capability building within the team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture.
- Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Azure Certifications such as:
- Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
- Experience working in Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, or Energy domains.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
