AES - DE - FS - DOTNET Full-Stack React

Summary

This role involves leading the architecture and development of full-stack applications using .NET 8 and React. The developer will build microservices, integrate with Azure cloud components, and collaborate on system design and CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership
    • Lead the architecture, design, and development of microservices and APIs using .NET 8.
    • Define coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for the team.
    • Provide technical mentorship and perform design/code reviews.
  • Workflow Orchestration (Orkes Conductor) - good to have but not a deal breaker
  • Design and implement workflow-driven microservices using Orkes Conductor.
  • Develop task workers, event handlers, and workflow definitions.
  • Integrate Conductor workflows with existing .NET microservices and APIs.
  • Optimize workflow execution, retry logic, and failure handling strategies.
  • Architecture & Integration
    • Work closely with architects to evolve system design for high availability, scalability, and observability.
    • Integrate backend services with cloud-native components (Azure preferred).
    • Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, containerization, and deployment automation (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Collaboration & Delivery
    • Partner with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
    • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.
    • Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through automated testing and monitoring.
