As an AES SAP FICO Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a pivotal role in enabling clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of SAP finance applications to optimize client financial processes
- Analyzing client requirements to develop tailored software solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of SAP finance applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of finance transformation initiatives
- Utilizing SAP FICO and related modules to improve financial reporting and compliance
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for business process improvement
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to address financial consulting needs
- Encouraging team development by mentoring and leveraging team members' strengths
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices in financial management solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP FICO and SAP Central Finance
- Utilizing financial transformation strategies to optimize business processes
- Excelling in financial reporting and analytics within SAP environments
- Managing complex financial systems and transactions effectively
