As an AES SAP FICO Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will help clients optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will leverage your skills in business application consulting to help clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This opportunity allows you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP finance solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of SAP finance applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize financial processes and improve reporting
- Utilizing SAP FICO to enhance financial management and strategic objectives
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform client recommendations
- Developing financial models and forecasts to support client decision-making
- Managing financial transactions and confirming compliance with regulatory standards
- Leading business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Building meaningful client relationships and anticipating their needs
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members in SAP finance projects

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP FI and SAP FICO modules
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex financial problems
- Excelling in financial reporting and analysis
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving business environments
- Developing meaningful client relationships and understanding their needs
