We are seeking an Aesthetic Guest Coordinator who shares this motivation and will help create an amazing patient experience.

Job and Ideal Candidate:

Responsibilities include the following:

• Greet clients and patients upon arrival and handle check-in process for aesthetic patients.

• Check out patients with efficiency and accuracy.

• Answer questions via email, online, and phone regarding products and services.

• Respond to and handle client correspondence in a timely and articulate manner.

• Achieve individual monthly retail sales goal.

• Follow up with clients, maintain relationships to foster long-term loyalty.

• Maintain consultation rooms and retail area, ensuring space is welcoming and presentable.

• Oversee merchandising standards of clara retail space.

• Manage a phone line with a less than 15% missed call rate.

• Assist with administrative duties including mailings, filing, scanning, and answering the phone.

• Assist with marketing including planning events, revising marketing collateral, and brainstorming promotions.
