1. Lead sales of treatment packages and services, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

2. Collaborate with estheticians and nurses for pre- and post-treatment consultations to maximize client satisfaction.

3. Mentor, coach, and motivate your team to consistently reach and exceed sales goals.

4. Ensure every client receives a professional, personalized, and memorable experience.

5. Utilize provided client leads—no walk-ins or cold calling required.

6. Optional: Travel to assist other locations, with all expenses covered.
