Compensation:

• Base pay: $3,000/month guaranteed I Commission discussed during interview I W9/1099 – responsible for own taxes; W2 may be offered based on performance.

Overview
Our Hermitage, TN spa is seeking a Local Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team. Your main focus will be selling treatments, service packages, and skincare products, while coaching staff and tracking performance to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the in-spa sales team to exceed targets

• Develop and implement upselling strategies for treatments, packages, and skincare

• Monitor net daily sales and suggest improvements

• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and team engagement

Candidate Profile

• Previous sales experience in any industry

• Energetic, results-driven, and motivated

• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Work schedule is in-person, four days per week, 8–10 hours per day. The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and results-focused, with prior sales experience in any industry.
