Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position. The role is onsite with standard working hours (Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-6pm). We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.


Responsibilities:

· Provide high-quality skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a personalized experience for every patient.

· Perform cosmetic and aesthetic procedures and treatments involving the skin, face, and body;

· Support Plastic Surgeons during pre- and post-operative exams, assisting in patient care and follow-up.

· Manage appointments efficiently by adhering to the scheduled time, ensuring smooth and timely transitions between treatments.

· Greet clients warmly, escort them to and from treatment rooms, and ensure they feel appreciated and valued at every stage of their visit.

· Conduct thorough client consultations, obtaining information about contraindications and performing skin evaluations to determine the suitability of various treatments.

· Advise clients on skincare products and recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimens based on their specific skin concerns and goals.

· Build rapport with clients by engaging in meaningful conversation during treatments, discussing topics of mutual interest to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

· Stay up to date on the latest product knowledge to promote and sell both spa services and retail skincare products effectively.

· Ensure compliance with all esthetic protocols, including proper chemical usage, cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment to uphold clinic safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

· Valid Aesthetician License.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aesthetics field, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, educate them on treatments, and provide clear follow-through on their care plans.

· Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery environment is preferred.

· Proficient in performing consultations, cross-promoting services and skincare products, and demonstrating the ability to close sales effectively.

· Hands-on experience with a wide range of treatments, including facials, chemical peels, Dermaplaning, and advanced procedures such as cosmetic lasers, light-based therapy, micro-needling, and/or CoolSculpting.

· Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols to recommend the best options for each client’s unique needs.

Compensation:

The salary for this position starts at $25/hour, depending on experience, with additional performance-based incentives and benefits.
