Description
You will coordinate and implement financial-crime prevention measures. You will conduct and oversee ongoing due-diligence processes, communicate with customers to obtain required documents and information, and meet AML reporting obligations in line with Austrian FMA standards. You will also create and deliver tailored training programmes to strengthen AML knowledge and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement financial crime prevention measures
- Conduct and oversee ongoing due-diligence processes
- Communicate with customers to obtain required documents and information
- Fulfil AML reporting obligations in accordance with Austrian FMA standards
- Create and deliver tailored AML training programmes
Requirements
- Native-level German and fluent English
- At least 2 years of experience in financial crime prevention
- Demonstrated experience conducting investigations, filing SARs, monitoring transactions, screening sanctions, and reviewing PEPs and adverse media
- Familiarity with AML transaction-monitoring and reporting tools such as GoAML, Chainalysis, Scorechain, Elliptic, or Notabene
- An AFC/AML-related or similar industry-recognised certification is preferred
- Customer support experience is a plus
