Affiliate Business Developer
You will drive Ledger's market growth by recruiting affiliates, showcasing product benefits, and building strong partnerships. You'll foster and grow relationships with top tier global affiliate partners, conduct targeted cold outreach to scale the affiliate network, and coordinate the creation of dedicated marketing assets by working closely with internal Creative, CRM, Tech, and Project Management teams. You'll also organize co-branded events, webinars, and partner education programs, monitor and optimize affiliate performance metrics, and keep a pulse on market trends to identify new strategic partnership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Foster, grow, and optimize relationships with top tier global affiliate partners to drive wallet sales and app installs
- Conduct targeted cold outreach and scale the affiliate network by onboarding aligned partners
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of dedicated marketing assets by collaborating with internal Creative, CRM, Tech, and Project Management teams
- Partner with internal experts and stakeholders to organize co-branded events, webinars, and partner education programs
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics
- Deliver structured updates and reports to management on affiliate program ROI
- Keep a pulse on market trends and identify new regional or demographic target audiences for strategic affiliate partnerships
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience in sales, partner acquisition, or account management
- A proven track record working within corporate environments
- Strong ability to act as a bridge between partners and internal technical/creative teams
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Proven capacity to manage stress, multi-task, and prioritize tasks during highly intensive business periods
- Deep intellectual curiosity toward Web3/crypto
- Must be ready to start mid-August 2026
