Agency Eight is a creator marketing agency focused on performance seeding, paid partnerships, and affiliate strategy for leading CPG and beauty brands. We operate as an extension of our clients’ teams — helping them build community, drive content, and scale creator programs in a measurable way.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify social media influencers across various platforms (e.g., ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, etc.) who align with our clients' brand values and campaigns.
- Evaluate influencers based on engagement metrics, audience demographics, and content quality.
- Stay on top of social media trends, emerging platforms, and viral content to inform sourcing strategies.
- Support outreach and follow-ups via affiliate platforms
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop affiliate strategies.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about social media, influencer culture, affiliate marketing, and consumer brands.
- A deep understanding of the digital landscape, including trends, memes, and pop culture phenomena.
- Strong research skills and a knack for identifying emerging talent.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Location: This is a hybrid internship based in New York City. Remote work is possible for the right candidate.
Salary Range: $15 - $20 an hour or school credit
