Affiliate Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners, driving high-quality traffic, and optimizing partner performance to achieve business growth.
Responsibilities
Search, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates.
Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
Analyze affiliate performance and optimize traffic quality.
Monitor key metrics such as CPA, ROI, FTD, Conversion Rate, Revenue, and LTV.
Launch and manage affiliate campaigns.
Work closely with the Marketing, Product, BI, and Finance teams.
Identify new traffic opportunities and partnership channels.
Monitor competitors and industry trends.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles.
Experience negotiating and managing partner relationships.
Analytical mindset and confidence working with performance metrics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking systems is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience in international markets.
Knowledge of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, and CPC models.
Experience working with CRM systems and analytics tools.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
