We're looking for a highly independent and organized Affiliate Manager to own and grow our affiliate programs across our multi-brand portfolio, build strong strategic partnerships, and drive performance through data-driven affiliate campaigns tailored to each brand's audience and positioning.

Responsibilities:

• Own and grow our affiliate programs end-to-end across multiple brands, including partner recruitment, relationship management, and campaign optimization.
• Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs, commission structures, and partner performance to maximize growth across different brands and customer funnels.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, influencers, and collaborators
• Ensure affiliate content and campaigns comply with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and brand-specific messaging standards.
• Own affiliate reconciliation, ensuring accurate tracking, commission payments, reporting, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Compliance teams to align campaigns with each brand's positioning and business goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing affiliate programs end-to-end.
• Experience in the online trading, forex, fintech, or capital markets industry is required.
• Proven ability to drive growth and achieve commercial KPIs through data-driven optimization.
• Experience managing multiple brands or products simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business decisions.
• Excellent marketing and copywriting skills, with experience creating and optimizing affiliate content and campaigns.
• AI-native mindset, using AI tools to accelerate execution while applying critical thinking and quality control.
• Highly independent, organized, and accountable, with the ability to own projects from start to finish.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Compliance.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Flexible and responsive, with a willingness to support the business outside standard working hours when needed.
