Affiliate Manager (Tier 1)

Responsibilities:
Develop and scale the existing affiliate portfolio while building long-term partnerships.
Communicate with affiliates via Telegram, email, and other communication channels.
Support partners by resolving operational issues and providing ongoing assistance.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates into the partner program.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each affiliate.
Participate in industry events, including conferences, exhibitions, and meetups.
Prepare reports and analyze affiliate performance.
Manage partner payouts and conduct weekly reconciliations.

Requirements:
Proven experience in the betting/gambling industry working with Tier 1 GEOs (AU, NZ) is a must.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with different types of partners.
Experience working with reporting tools such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop effective solutions for affiliates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Experience in sourcing and acquiring new affiliates.
Ability to respond quickly to partner requests, including urgent situations.
Experience working with top-performing affiliates.
English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
