Affiliate manager

We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to grow and manage affiliate partnerships in the dating vertical. The role focuses on recruiting affiliates, optimizing performance, and building long-term, profitable relationships.

Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new affiliates (CPA / CPL)
Manage and develop existing affiliate partnerships
Negotiate deal terms and optimize cooperation for ROI
Monitor traffic quality, volumes, and key performance metrics
Analyze affiliate performance and campaign results
Control commissions, budgets, and payouts
Ensure timely payments and accurate reporting
Work closely with marketing and media buying teams

Requirements
1.5+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager
Experience in Dating (adult)
Understanding models of monetization
Experience with Tier-1 / Tier-2 GEOs
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience with tracking systems (S2S, postbacks, APIs)
Confident with analytics and reporting
Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to have:
Existing affiliate partner network
Experience with traffic quality control
Participation in affiliate events or communities
