Affiliate Partnerships Manager

You will own affiliate acquisition from sourcing and outreach through qualification negotiation and first publication. You will build partner pipelines qualify audiences and revenue potential sell revenue share models pre-screen KYC and geography research new markets maintain CRM accuracy and coordinate launches with campaign account management and compliance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound affiliate acquisition end to end
• Build a pipeline of creators trading communities and crypto distribution partners
• Qualify partners by audience quality market relevance and revenue potential
• Sell revenue share models and close partnership deals
• Pre-screen KYC and geography requirements
• Develop top partners into ambassadors
• Research competitor terms and market expectations
• Maintain CRM data and report pipeline conversion
• Coordinate partnership launches with campaigns account management and compliance

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate partnerships business development or performance partnerships
• Experience with high-volume outbound sourcing and closing
• Knowledge of affiliate economics including revenue share CPA hybrid deals sub-affiliate structures incentives attribution and ROI
• Ability to negotiate against higher headline terms
• Knowledge of crypto exchange affiliates Telegram trading communities and creator monetization
• Experience launching in CIS West Asia and Central Asia markets or entering unfamiliar markets
• Hands-on experience with CRM and affiliate tracking
• Upper-intermediate English or higher
