Affiliate Performance Analyst (iGaming)
You will analyze partner, affiliate, content, and placement performance across traffic, conversions, deposits, revenue, and commissions. You will test user journeys, validate links and attribution, investigate discrepancies, build dashboards and reports, model revenue scenarios, and present recommendations that support commercial decisions and performance improvements.
Responsibilities
- Track partner performance across traffic signups conversions deposits revenue and commissions
- Analyze month over month performance trends
- Identify high and under performing partners content and placements
- Recommend performance and revenue optimization opportunities
- Test partner platforms and end to end user journeys
- Validate affiliate links tracking attribution and reporting
- Analyze article page placement and content format performance
- Identify broken links UX friction tracking issues and conversion problems
- Build and maintain recurring dashboards reports and performance summaries
- Provide insights for partner reviews renewals negotiations and commercial decisions
- Model revenue and performance scenarios
- Work with commercial content product and partner stakeholders to implement improvements
- Maintain accurate and accessible partner performance data
- Provide ad hoc analysis for partner discussions pipeline reviews and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Strong AI fluency and an AI first approach to work
- Ability to use AI tools for data analysis trend and anomaly identification research workflow automation and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience analyzing performance metrics conversion funnels partner performance and revenue data
- Ability to test platforms and customer journeys
- Strong attention to detail when validating data and investigating discrepancies
- Ability to build dashboards reports and performance summaries
- Commercial mindset connecting analysis to revenue
- Strong communication skills
- 3 to 5 or more years of experience in analytics performance marketing affiliate partnerships or a related commercial role
- Experience working with partners or business development and commercial teams
- Strong written and verbal English
- Experience building AI powered workflows automations or analytical tools
- Experience with affiliate marketing performance marketing partnerships or digital media
- Experience with analytics and BI tools
- Understanding of affiliate tracking attribution CPA and revenue share
- Experience analyzing content SEO and digital placement performance
- Experience with large partner or customer datasets
- Crypto and blockchain knowledge
- Experience in crypto fintech iGaming or another performance driven digital business
