Affiliate Support Agent (Portuguese Speaker)

As we
continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Affiliate Support Agent to
join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and partners.
- Handle affiliate support tickets, emails, and operational inquiries.
- Assist affiliates with onboarding and account-related requests.
- Assist with commission and rebate-related inquiries.
- Escalate operational issues and complex cases when required.
- Maintain accurate records and ticket categorization.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Finance, Compliance, Product, and Marketing when required.
- Achieve agreed service, quality, productivity, and response time KPIs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Support, Affiliate Support, Operations, Sales Support, or a related role will be considered an advantage.
- Experience within Forex, Financial Services, FinTech, Online Trading, or Affiliate Operations is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in Spanish will be considered a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using CRM or ticketing systems will be considered an advantage.
