AFMW - Quality Engineer

DEFINITION

The Quality Engineer is responsible for providing support to quality and engineering initiatives and ensure engineering and manufacturing processes are performed in accordance with customer contractual requirements, and is the lead technical quality professional who ensures that products meet specified dimensional, mechanical, metallurgical, and customer requirements by controlling processes, analyzing defects, leading corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement across foundry operations.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

This position reports directly to the Quality Manager 

SUPERVISION EXERCISED

This position does not provide direct supervision to any group of employees, but indirectly supervises different parts of the production flow process.
