On-site field engineer in Chennai who travels across South India to maintain, repair, and optimize industrial machinery and train local technicians.
DEXTRA INDIA (MNC) is hiring for After Sales Service Engineer who will be based at Chennai location and travel to site (South Region) to provide below mentioned services.
The Concern will be responsible for the site machine maintenance with technicians as subordinates.
Essential duties and Responsibilities
- Planning and Implementation of Preventive Maintenance of all machines of your respective region.
- Machine breakdown handling
- Correction of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic problem of all machines.
- Ensuring that machinery, systems, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime.
- Conducting and overseeing maintenance audits
- Diagnosing faults
- Training people in equipment operating and maintenance procedures.
- Supervising technical staff. You will be supervising and controlling all activities, resources and expenses related to the maintenance in your region to ensure safe and efficient production.
- Maintenance reports preparation & upkeeping maintenance documents & record in system.
- Machine commissioning report to be circulated.
Experience Required - Atleast 1 Year
Education - Diploma in Electrical / ITI electrical
