Are you an experienced hospice RN with a passion for leadership and a talent for bringing out the best in your clinical team? At The Care Team Hospice, we believe every day and every life matters, and exceptional care doesn't stop when the office closes. We're seeking a dedicated After Hours Manager to lead and empower our weekend clinical team, support field staff, and ensure our patients and families continue receiving the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.

This is an opportunity to step into a dedicated leadership role focused on staff supervision, clinical coordination, and continuity of hospice care.

Schedule & Coverage

• On-Call: Friday at 3:00 PM through Monday at 9:00 AM.
• Required In-Office Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Every weekend, with availability outside scheduled office hours during the assigned on-call period.
• Supports after-hours operations for the Mishawaka and Crown Point teams.
• Reports directly to the Branch Administrator.
