We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to provide overnight telehealth services from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered virtual care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment for patients across a variety of clinical needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and excels in a fast-paced, remote care environment.

Job Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Obtain comprehensive medical histories and conduct physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work, imaging studies).
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Counsel patients on preventive health measures, such as vaccinations and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions and treatment plans.
  • Make referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Stay current with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Other duties as assigned.
