About the role
An important packaging machinery manufacturer requires an After-Sales Director for its staff
What you'll do
Reporting directly to General Management, we are looking for the key figure to coalesce and integrate the technical team.
The main challenge will be to optimize and manage customer service, supervising everything from spare parts requirements and workshop integrations to the dispatch of engineers for commissioning and customized assistance at an international level.
What we're looking for
-Experience: It is essential that you come from an industrial environment, ideally from companies manufacturing custom machinery.
-Consolidated experience: At least 8 years in responsibility and leadership roles in after-sales.
-Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams (you will lead approximately 7-8 people).
-English: Advanced level/mandatory
