After-Sales Field Service Technician

FUNCTIONS

• Perform the diagnosis of assigned faults with the objective of detecting their origin.
• Repair faults as quickly as possible so that the machine is down for the shortest time.
• Order the spare parts necessary for carrying out the repairs.
• Document the work performed (job vouchers and reports for customers and for CAT), in the appropriate time and manner to maintain control of the activity performed and duly signed by the customers.
• Compliance with Contamination Control and OHS procedures, as well as environmental procedures—ISO 14001, waste, discharges, etc.—and those specifically defined by the customer at the workplace.

REQUIREMENTS

• Training: Higher Degree in Automotive Engineering or similar, or proven experience in the field.
• Previous experience of 2 years in the sector.
• Knowledge of Office and Electricity is essential.
• Languages:
  • Catalan, C1 level.
  • English, B1 level.
