After-Sales Service Technician

What you'll do

• Perform the diagnosis of machine breakdowns in the Workshop with the objective of detecting their origin.
• Repair breakdowns as quickly as possible so that the machine is stopped for the shortest time.
• Order the spare parts necessary for carrying out the repairs.
• Document the work performed (job vouchers and reports for customers and for CAT), in the appropriate time and manner to maintain control of the activity performed and duly signed by customers.
• Compliance with Contamination Control and OHS procedures, as well as environmental procedures - ISO 14.001, waste, discharges, etc., as well as those specifically defined by the customer at the workplace.

What we're looking for

• Minimum Training: Intermediate degree in Automotive or similar.
• Previous experience of at least two years is required.
• Essential knowledge of Office at user level and knowledge of electricity.

Languages

• Languages: basic level English (interpretation of Manuals).
