After-Sales Service Technician

What you'll do

• Perform diagnostics of machine breakdowns in the field with the objective of detecting their origin.
• Repair breakdowns as quickly as possible so that the machine is stopped for the shortest time.
• Request the spare parts necessary for carrying out the repairs.
• Document the work performed (job vouchers and reports for customers and for CAT), in the appropriate time and manner to maintain control of the activity performed and duly signed by customers.
• Comply with Contamination Control and OHS procedures, as well as environmental procedures - ISO 14.001, waste, discharges, etc. And those specifically defined by the customer at the workplace.

REQUIREMENTS

• Training: Intermediate Degree in Electromechanics.
• Previous experience of 1 year in similar positions is necessary.
• Minimum knowledge of OFFICE at user level is essential.
• Language: English, A2 (Basic Level/Interpretation of manuals).
