After-Sales Service Technician (M/F/X)

About the role

Field Service Technician (M/F/X) At Manpower, we are looking for a Field Service Technician (M/F/X) eager to take on new challenges and develop in a dynamic and technical environment. You will join a manufacturing multinational with more than 4 sites in Spain, specifically in its delegation in the province of Seville. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and technical visits associated with the machinery provided to customers, as well as acting as a liaison between the customer and the company. The specific functions are: -Participate in the installation, assembly, and maintenance of new machines. -Prepare technical reports. -Travel to the corresponding customer plants within the national territory. -Resolve incidents in the technical and quality areas. -Approve/certify customers. -Maintain fluid communication with quality and/or production colleagues, among others. - Maintain a direct relationship with customers, looking after the experience and satisfaction. What are we looking for? - Higher Vocational Training and/or Engineering degree. -At least 3 years of experience in similar roles. -Knowledge of industrial machinery (especially the mechanical branch). -Profile with communication skills. -Use of tools such as MS Office and SAP. -Desirable B2 level of English. -Driver's license. -Availability to travel nationally, especially through the south of the country.
