SAT Service Technician Maintenance and Repair in Calaf (M/F/X) An important market-leading company in the manufacture and sale of agricultural machinery, with an international presence and a solid network of distributors, needs to incorporate a Technical Assistance, Maintenance, and Customer Service Technician. The position: Execute repairs, commissioning, and machinery demonstrations. Provide technical support and product advice to distributors and end customers. Area Availability to travel within and outside of Spain. Functions: Supervision and commissioning of equipment. Repair and maintenance of equipment. Provide technical support via telephone or in person to distributors and end customers. Act as the customer's interlocutor to channel their requests and/or needs. Daily communication with the manager. Autonomy and time management, achieving the set objectives. Participate in the continuous improvement of the products offered. Required skills: Commitment to customers. Service vocation. Open and accessible personality. Clear and effective communication. Experience as a Technical Assistance Service Technician. Aspiration to stay up to date with the latest technical developments. Requirements: Technical experience, combining mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components. Work experience in agricultural machinery after-sales service is valued. Languages: English. Other languages such as French, Italian, or others are valued.
