After Sales Technical Expert

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead all TAS missions in the APAC region, including on‑site expert interventions, technical issue analysis, solution deployment, and reporting to factories and customers.

· Represent TOS in PLM/TOS/TAS meetings, ensuring issue escalation, tracking action deadlines, and providing weekly feedback to teams.

· Manage knowledge and training, including defining required technical information, designing training plans, updating indicators, and maintaining PROTEUS data accuracy.

· Ensure strict application of safety rules and promote safety awareness among technicians.

· Provide internal CIM training (Levels L3 & L4) to technicians, distributors, and subsidiaries upon request.

· Implement and promote ES procedures to standardize technical operations.

· Manage and distribute TAS/ES procedures, forms, and technical documentation to internal and external stakeholders.

· Deliver remote ES technical support, including ticketing system supervision and issue resolution.

· Use corporate digital tools, including IoT platforms, to support services and diagnostics.

· Actively contribute to the TOS/TAS network, sharing field information on installed products.

· Coordinate technical support activities for subsidiaries, distributors, and direct TOS customers to maintain a consistent technical level.

· Define and improve escalation/de‑escalation processes between TOS, PLM, and customers (PDCA/A3‑T).

· Design training programs, according to HQ, including content structure, educational progression, digital resources (e‑learning/3D), and certification processes for subsidiaries/distributors.

· Facilitate advanced/expert training sessions at customer sites or internal/external training facilities.

· Participate in new product development and improvement, ensuring after‑sales requirements are considered, attending project reviews (PROJ, TOP5–30), and validating required deliverables.

Education Background / Working experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or 10 years of experience) in Power Electronic
