After-sales Technician

About the role

At eurofirms, we are looking for an After-Sales Technician for a company in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Sector. The functions of the position are as follows:

- Attend to inquiries from the commercial network regarding the different equipment and solutions existing within the Group's catalogue.

- Collaborate in the preparation and sending of technical-economic proposals to the commercial network and to clients.

- Attend to technical inquiries that may arrive from any client.

- Collaborate in the monitoring and loyalty building of the client portfolio.

- Control and monitoring of projects under the tutelage of the Commercial Department.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

Education & certifications

• Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training Cycle of a technical nature (Refrigeration and air conditioning installations...)

Languages

• Spanish - Native.
• Catalan - Native.
• English - Advanced.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• We are looking for a proactive person.
• Residence near the workplace is valued.
