After-sales Technician

About the role

We are looking for someone great to join the after-sales team of one of our clients in the construction sector! If you are a problem solver by nature and love working with people, this could be your perfect opportunity!

An important construction company that operates in the field of building and renovation, both for public entities and private clients, and is in full growth, is looking to incorporate an After-sales Technician into its Barcelona branch.

What you'll do

As an After-sales Technician, you will be responsible for managing "on-site" deficiencies with owners, assessing whether or not repair is appropriate according to the construction project and applicable regulations. You will be the person capable of attending to customers and ensuring they feel supported regarding any complaint they may have, being quick to resolve it and ensuring they are happy with the solution. You will also be responsible for coordinating repairs, maintenance, or anything else our customers may need after the purchase, ensuring that everything is carried out smoothly.

The most important thing will be listening to customers: Gathering their opinions and feedback to continue improving as a company and offering them the best.

What we're looking for

What do you need to match?

To fit into this position, you must hold a degree in Building Engineering or Technical Architecture and provide experience in a similar role within a construction company. We are looking for a decisive person with great attitude and proactivity. You must have worked with people before, preferably in a customer service role.

Good communication skills, both spoken and written, and a friendly attitude.

Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple things at once.
